The new residential buildings follow the geometry and scale of the existing estate, and connect it to the wider community to the north by a new pedestrian route.   A new primary school is integrated into the scheme, without compromise to either function.

The completed scheme will include 70 new affordable homes for prospective tenants in Islington and the City of London, and up to 420 primary school places for children within both boroughs.
